博鰲亞洲論壇,作為世界最重要的論壇之一，自2001年正式成立以來，長期致力於推動亞洲地區的經濟一體化。
香港菁英會成立於2007年香港回歸十周年之際，兩年多來，本著「匯聚青年精英，研究傳播國情；關注社會熱點，構建時政智庫」的宗旨，致力推動國情教育和積極參與建言獻策等，並在多方面均有所作為。
為了增進國際青年之間的相互瞭解和信任，尤其讓大中華地區青年更多更深地瞭解中國在世界格局中所起到的建設性和積極作用，博鰲亞洲論壇和香港菁英會達成共識，共同舉辦2009博鰲青年論壇（香港）。 |
