Mr Zhou Wenzhang
Mr Zhou Wenzhang, ethnic Han, was born in August 1953, native of Baoying County, Jiangsu Province. Graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Nanjing University in 1982 as a bachelor of philosophy and from Department of Philosophy, Renmin University in 1988 as a Ph.D. in philosophy. Vice president (vice ministerial level) of China National School of Administration (CNSA), member of CNSA CPC Committee, Ph.D. supervisor of Renmin University of China, winner of the State Council Special Government Subsidy, calligrapher and visiting professor at Lanting Calligraphy College of Shaoxing.
In 1982 to 1985, he was the Assistant Lecturer in Nanjing Architectural Engineering Institute; in 1985 to 1988, he was studying as a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Philosophy, Renmin University of China; in 1988 to 1989, he was the lecturer at Nanjing University, in 1989 to 1998, he was the Deputy Director and Research Fellow of the Development Research Center of Hainan Provincial Government. In 1998 to 2002, he was the Deputy Director General of the Publicity Department of Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPC.
In 2002 to 2009, he was the Director General of the Publicity Department of Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPC and member of the Standing Committee, Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPC. From 2009 to present, he is the Vice president of CNSA.
