congratulations on the successful organization of the 2017 Boao Youth Forum for Asia. Thanks to the detailed planning by Boao Forum for Asia and
The Y.Elites Association, as well as the wonderful sharing by keynote speakers and panelists at different sessions, the event presents an intellectual
feast in this season of harvest for members of the public and young participants who support and care about youth development.

Foundation Association is a welfare organization that aims to “foster youth exchanges and support youth development”. Since establishment over a
year ago, it has rolled out a series of youth exchange and social practices projects with the support of the HKSAR government, the Liaison Office of
the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR and the general public. In addition, it has also set up the Youth Innovation & Entrepreneurship Fund
and Mingxi Youth Award Scheme to help young people in Hong Kong achieve personal growth. Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited and
Mingxi Charity Foundation Association are honored to be the exclusive partners of the 2017 Boao Youth Forum for Asia, a high-level and high-quality
international forum. I would like to thank the hosts for their invitation and for providing us the opportunity to contribute to youth development on
a wider scale.

The younger generation is the hope of the country and the nation, as they lead the world towards a brighter and better future. Thus, more resources
and assistance should be given to them in society. The 2017 Boao Youth Forum for Asia serves as a platform for elites and young people from various
sectors to discuss the role and opportunities of youth development in the context of globalization. The event not only raises awareness of young
people and youth problems in Asia, but also encourages young people to seize opportunities, make bold moves and go for their dreams. Looking
ahead, Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited will devote more resources and keep on supporting the campaigns of Mingxi Charity Foundation.
At the same time, it will join hands with Asian countries, regions and Hong Kong to promote youth exchanges and youth development, thereby taking
a more active role in Hong Kong's prosperity and stability.
