賴智明先生是騰訊集團副總裁、騰訊支付基礎平台與金融應用線（FiT）負責人、騰訊金融學院院長，2017亞洲銀行
家“中國區創新領導力成就獎”獲得者。

賴先生於2009年加入騰訊，參與打造了騰訊支付基礎設施及金融開放生態。賴先生帶領團隊打造了國民級移動支付應
用——微信紅包和QQ紅包、國民級的金融應用騰訊理財通和騰訊微證券等，同時推動了騰訊在區塊鏈、大數據徵信等
金融前沿領域的創新。

加入騰訊前，賴先生在投行、私募、互聯網產品和金融領域擁有近20年的從業經驗，曾任職於美國雷曼、英國
APAX Partners私募等公司。

賴先生在麻省理工學院獲得計算機和經濟學雙學位，並於哈佛大學獲得MBA學位。

Vice President of Tencent

Jim Lai is Vice President of Tencent, Head of Tencent Financial Technology and Dean of Tencent Financial Academy. He is also
awarded as Winner of The Leadership Achievement Awards at 2017 Asian Banker.

Mr. Lai joined Tencent in 2009, making great contribution in building up Tencent payment infrastructure and Tencent financial open
ecosystem. The team led by Jim successfully developed mobile payment applications with users nationwide- WeChat Red Envelop
and QQ Red Envelop, and financial applications Li Cai Tong and Tencent Securities. Equally, their popularity accelerate Tencent’s
innovation on the leading edge of finance, such as block chain and big data credit.

Prior to Tencent, Jim assumed investment manager positions with Apax Partners PE in the UK and Lehman Brother's Investment
Bank in the US, having rich experience in investment bank, private placement and finance.

Lai holds both an MS bachelor's degree and a master's degree in economics from MIT, as well as an MBA degree from Harvard
Business School.
