薛良凱，作家、推動中國文創教育的踐行者。曾擔任誠品書店營運總監、台北故宮博物院顧問、PC home 雜誌總編
輯、城邦出版集團副總經理。目前擔任”台灣文化部”民間諮詢委員，以民間身分提供文化、創意、美學、設計方面
專業意見，參與歷史博物館、台灣各地文博會、文創園區、國際書展、動漫影視、工藝美術等等評選與指導工作。
2005年創辦普拉爵文創，專職教育與文創顧問兩大項目工作。教育工作方面，深入投入研究人類大腦與行為科學，並
開創獨特的心靈智慧、創意、團隊教學法，於國內外企業、學校、機構開班授課。

顧問工作方面，主要提供以文化創意轉型升級、品牌文化再造，以及商業模式再深化為主。累積擔任企業與政府機構
顧問超過十五年期間，長期累積的多元經歷，對顧問工作有非常正面且積極的影響，目前已經顧問的各種企業，累積
超過兩百餘家文創品牌。曾獲”台灣出版金鼎獎、數字出版獎”等獎項。已出版的著作有《創意就是這麼好玩》，下
一本新書《如何選一本好書》、《跨界》正在付梓中。

Mr. Liang-Kai HSUEH
Founder, Project Works Group Inc.

Mr. Hsueh Liang-kai is founder of Project Works Group Inc. and he has worked in culture creative industries since 1996. A well-
known figure in the field, Mr. Hsueh is a practitioner who promotes the creative education. He was COO of Eslite Bookstore,
Taipei National Palace Museum consultant, Vice-president of Cite Publishing Ltd., editor-in-chief of PC home magazine. He is
currently a member of the Civil Affairs Committee of Taiwan Ministry of Culture. He provides professional advice on culture,
creativity, aesthetics, and design. He also assisted museum, cultural park, book exhibitions, book store, animation film and media,
arts and crafts review and guidance.

In 2005, Mr. Hsueh founded the Project Works Group Inc. He mainly engaged in education and cultural innovation consultant.
He is deeply involved in the study of brain and behavioral science, and created a unique spiritual, creativity, and interactive-team-
teaching method. Mr. Hsueh is teaching in business, school and institution in Taiwan and mainland China.

Mr. Hsueh believes that business models can be combined with culture. He has accumulated as a business and government agency
consultant for more than fifteen years. His experiences have a very positive impact on the work of consultants.

Mr. Hsueh consulted the enterprise has more than two hundred. He won the Taiwan’s Golden Tripod Award, Digital Publishing
Award , etc. He has been published “ How Creativity Works ?”. “How to choose a good book.” and “Mash-up” will be published
in 2018.
