梁宏正先生於英國劍橋大學畢業，擁有經濟學榮譽學士及碩士學位。畢業後回港參與管理家族擁有70多年歷史的服裝
生意，業務遍布美國、英國、歐洲及大中華地區。

梁先生熱心關注社會各方面的發展，參與香港特區政府不同諮詢架構，現任香港特別行政區法律援助服務局成員、扶
貧委員會委員、旅遊發展局成員、旅遊業策略小組委員及職業訓練局理事會成員，並曾擔任香港特別行政區城市規劃
委員會委員、中小型企業發展支援基金委員、工業貿易諮詢委員會委員及中央政策組非全職顧問。同時亦擔任中華全
國青年聯合會第十二屆常務委員會委員。

梁先生十分關心香港青年發展，由2015年至今受邀擔任香港特區政府教育局「香港卓越獎學金計劃」之評審及學生導
師，同時亦曾參與由香港科技大學舉辦的「HKUST IELM Mentorship Program」，擔任學生配對導師。

Mr. Clarence Leung graduated from University of Cambridge with BA and MA honours in Economics and has since participated
in the management of his family business in garments.

With a passion in social and public affairs, Clarence serves in several HKSAR government committees, including the Legal Aid
Services Council, Commission on Poverty and Tourism Strategy Group. He is appointed to the Board of the Vocational Training
Council, as well as the Tourism Board. In the past, he has also served on the HKSAR SME Committee, Town Planning Board, Trade
and Industry Advisory Board, and was appointed non-full time Member of the Central Policy Unit. Clarence is also a member of
the Standing Committee of All-China Youth Federation.
Clarence cares greatly about the development of youth. He has been invited to be interviewer and mentor for the Hong Kong
Scholarship for Excellence Scheme since 2015, and has served as mentor for HKUST IELM Mentorship Program.
