                         洪為民教授
                         前海管理局香港事務首席聯絡官

                         洪為民博士現為前海管理局香港事務首席聯絡官。洪博士他是科技企業投資人，從事電腦工作30年，曾在多家國際
                         知名公司擔任管理職務，在管理顧問、項目及外判管理方面有豐富經驗。他現時擔任互聯網專業協會會長、華人大數
                         據學會執行主席、香港產學研促進會副會長及香港玉山科技協會副理事長多職，同時獲世界訊息峰會大獎委員會委任
                         為理事及傑出專家委員。洪博士也擔任香港交易所主板上市公司偉仕佳杰控股有限公司（0856.HK）的獨立非執行董
                         事。洪博士為特許資訊科技專業人士，他是英國電腦學會、香港電腦學會、英國特許管理學會、香港董事學會及互聯
                         網專業協會資深會員。

                         洪博士積極投入智庫及其他社會服務，於2012至2014年間獲委任為香港特區政府中央政策組特邀顧問，現為盤古智
                         庫學術委員、絲路智谷研究院學術委員、中國與全球化智庫常務理事及暨南大學兼職教授。

                         洪博士曾任第十一屆中華全國青年聯合會常務委員。他曾獲選為  2008年香港十大傑出青年、2016年亞洲社會創新領
                         袖獎、2011年40+典範、2012年資本雜誌年度企業家及新城電台「女當家  男當家」  傑出資訊科技大獎。2015年他被
                         特區政府委任為太平紳士。

                         洪博士現為中華海外聯誼會青年委員會副主任、深圳市政協委員、全國港澳研究會會員、廣東省粵港澳合作促進會副
                         會長、香港交通安全隊總監、香港菁英會榮譽主席、香港-東盟經濟合作基金會副會長兼秘書長及香港專業及資深行政
                         人員協會理事等。

                         Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority

                         Dr. Witman Hung is currently the Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority. A seasoned ICT
                         professional and angel investor, Witman has worked in the industry for 30 years.  He is currently the President of the Internet
                         Professional Association in Hong Kong, Executive Chairman of Chinese Big Data Society, Vice President of Hong Kong Industry
                         University Research Collaboration Association and Vice Chairman of the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of Hong
                         Kong. Witman was elected as a Director of the Board of the World Summit Awards, an initiative within the framework of UN
                         WSIS.  He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of VSTECS Holdings Limited (0856.HK), a company listed in the main
                         board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Witman is a Chartered Information Technology Professional and a fellow of the British
                         Computer Society, the Chartered Management Institute, U.K., the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, the Hong Kong Computer
                         Society and the Internet Professional Association.
                         Witman served as a Part-time Member of the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government during 2012-2014, and is currently an
                         Academic Committee member of Pangoal Institution and China Silk Road iValley Research Institute, Standing Committee Member
                         of the Center for China and Globalization and Adjunct Professor of Jinan University. He also served as a Member of 11th Standing
                         Committee of the All China Youth Federation. In 2008, Witman was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of
                         Hong Kong. In 2015 he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
