Professor Wang Zhenmin
Professor Wang Zhenmin is Professor and Dean of School of Law of the Tsinghua University. He obtained his doctorate and master degree in law from Renmin University of China in 1995, and he graduated from the School of Law of the Zhenzhou University in 1989. He had been a visiting scholar at the Schools of Law of The University of Hong Kong and Harvard University. He had won the award of “五四獎章標兵”, and the title of “北京市
先進工作者”, and is a winner of the State Council Special Government Subsidy. He is a member of The Forum of Young Global Leaders, The World Economic Forum, and in 2006 he was awarded the 2005 “新銳英才” of “全國十大英才” by 9 institutes including the Committee of Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports of the CPPCC, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. In 2010, he was awarded “第六屆全國十大傑出青年法學家”. His main research areas are constitutional and administrative laws, Basic Laws of Special Administrative Regions and higher education.
