Mr. Chen Shuang, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Group, the member of the Executive Committee, Strategy Committee and the Chairman of Management Committee of the Group. Mr. Chen has overall responsibility for the operation of the Group. He is also a director and the General Manager of the Legal Department of China Everbright Holdings Company Limited. Mr. Chen holds a Master of Laws Degree from East China University of Politics and Law and a Diploma in Legal Studies from The University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education. He is a qualified lawyer in the PRC and a senior economist. Prior to joining the China Everbright Group, Mr. Chen was the Chief of the Legal Department of Bank of Communications. He has over 20 years extensive experience in commercial banking and investment banking. He joined the Board in August 2004.
