Anna Louise Gatty is a dynamic and accomplished young leader in the field of AI, passionate about leveraging technology for a more responsible and sustainable future. With roots in the South of France and a diverse European educational background, her journey embodies a global perspective and a commitment to collaborative innovation. In 2017, she joined ESCP Business School's Master in Management program ranked 4th worldwide according to the Financial Times, where she further developed her leadership skills serving as the elected head of the student community managing a substantial budget and a team of 30 people. Her early career in the luxury sector included a finance role at AccorHotels' Iberia headquarters, where she honed her financial skills and Spanish fluency, followed by a consulting experience in Hong Kong serving prestigious brands like Cartier and Chivas Regal. These experiences cemented her passion for the luxury industry.

Upon returning to her native France, Anna joined Pernod Ricard in 2020, where her interest in data and AI flourished. As a Product Owner, she played a key role in championing the adoption of AI tools within the Group, effectively communicating their benefits to affiliates while meticulously building the product roadmap and overseeing its deployment. Transitioning to a Data Scientist role specializing in forecasting for supply chain, she oversaw the algorithm's deployment in the crucial US market – the Group's largest and most critical for success. This experience ignited her deep interest in responsible AI, particularly the crucial role of explainability in ensuring ethical and transparent AI applications.

Since 2024, Anna thrives at L'Oréal Luxe as a Supply Chain Data & Analytics Leader, where she oversees the data tools empowering the global S&OP teams, encompassing over 500 users and more than 25 tools. Her work ultimately contributes to making the right product available at the right time for L’Oréal Luxe customers.

Returning to Hong Kong for this Youth Leader Forum brings her journey full circle, ready to share her insights and collaborate with fellow leaders to shape a future where technology and human ingenuity combine to address global challenges and unlock opportunities
