Taira Togashi is the President and CEO, ALL NIPPON RENOVATION (ANR), the PR agency. Taira founded ANR in 2017 and the company has supported local governments, small and mid-sized companies, healthcare companies, and DX/GX projects. The bestknown project is “VISION”, the smart city project in Mie prefecture. In this project, Taira served as a Chief Public Relation Officer collaborating with more than 30 companies, especially with Dai Nippon Printing, Oriental Consultants.

Prior to starting ANR, he realized as a founder of Japan Youth Parliament, establishing voting rights for 18-year-olds, Children and Families Agency, and a scholarship system from Japanese Government.

In 2024, he became a board member of MRT Inc listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, is providing medical care to remote islands and sparsely populated areas.

On the one hand, as a NGO member, he has also worked on JICA Partnership Program “Project on the Development of Local Authorities of a Community-Based Integrated Elderly Care Model”.
