Dr. Yang Le

Dr.YANG Le, Ph.D. in Law, Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and currently the Vice-president of Tencent Research Institute. She also serves as Vice President of the Guangdong Law Society's Network and E-commerce Law Research Association, Deputy Director of the Legal and Ethical Committee of the China Advertising Association, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the China Advertising Association, Director of the Shenzhen Law Society, and Senior Researcher at the Center for Digital Economy and Legal Innovation at the University of International Business and Economics.

Dr.YANG Le has many years of research experience and industry influence in areas such as internet governance and public policy, online advertising, e-commerce law, and platform responsibility. She has authored books such as Research on Legal Issues of Internet Advertising and Legal Responsibility of Online Platforms. Additionally, her report New Trends and Policy Research Report on China's Commercialization (2018-2020) won the Bronze Award in the academic category at the 28th China International Advertising Festival 2021. The Research Report on High-Quality Development of SMEs' Digital Transformation (2022) received the Bronze Award at the 29th China Advertising Festival 2022.
