Vriko is the co-founder and CEO of Archireef, a nature-tech company focused on climate resilience and adaptation through Nature-based Solutions (NbS). The company operates eco-engineering factories and aims to restore 125 hectares of marine ecosystems by 2030. Archireef is pioneering biodiversity credits from marine ecosystem restoration. Vriko pursued a PhD in Biological Sciences at the University of Hong Kong and is a co-inventor of Archireef's flagship product, the Reef Tile. With over 10 years of experience in coral restoration, she is recognized as a leading voice in marine restoration and innovation in Hong Kong. Vriko serves on committees related to Environmental Education, Green Technology and Finance, and Marine Protected Areas at WWF-HK, as well as other government entities shaping environmental policy in Hong Kong.
