Mr Lawrence Lam is chairman of the 17th Executive Committee of the Y.Elites Association, Member of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Deputy Chairman of the Culture, Literature, History and Learning Committee, Executive Member of the All-China Youth Federation, Vice Chairman of the Fujian Provincial Youth Federation, Member of the Sixth Election Committee of the Hong Kong SAR, and Standing Committee Member of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Innovation, Technology and Industry Committee.

Mr Lam is currently the president of Fuman Group Company Limited. The company is engaged in the production of toys, assisting customers in designing and manufacturing quality electronic toy productss and high-end collector’s toys. He was awarded the “Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong” in 2021. Mr Lam is passionate about the development of youth in Hong Kong, actively participating in youth work and caring about social development. In recent years, through the Y.Elites Association, he has been operating the Home² Youth Hostel, solving the accommodation problems for nearly 200 youths and organizing over 200 activities to help them enhance themselves in hostel life. In 2024, he collaborated with the Office of the Commissioner’s Office of China’s Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong SAR to organize the “Diplomatic Elite Lecture Series” in various districts, helping Hong Kong students gain basic diplomatic knowledge, with participation numbers exceeding over thousand to date.
