Mr. Shi Wei, with an impressive career spanning with ZTE Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in the development of China's national Smart Education standards. Today, he holds the esteemed position of General Manager for Baidu AI Cloud in the Hong Kong and Macau region. He is primarily responsible for the cooperation and implementation of Baidu's Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Center.

Mr. Shi’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, including communication networks, smart education, smart agriculture, and AI industry applications. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in the successful implementation of the Baidu AI Industry Development Center, designed to bridge the “last mile” gap between AI foundational technologies and industrial practice. Under his guidance, this initiative has been launched in major regions such as Ningbo, Zhejiang; Nanchang, Jiangxi; Guangzhou, Guangdong; Wuxi, Jiangsu; Meishan, Sichuan; and the Macau Special Administrative Region.
