Liu Aiping, Chairman of Governing Council of China International Youth Exchange Center and holder of a PhD in Philosophy.

Member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), concurrently serving as Vice President of the Chinese Association of Young Scientists and Technologists and Executive Director of the China Overseas Friendship Association.

She studied Public Policy and Public Administration at Duke University in the United States.

With a long-term career in central government departments specifically responsible for youth work in China, she previously served as Secretary-General of the All-China Youth Federation. She participated in the deliberation and drafting of various youth-related policies issued by the Chinese government, including the Medium and Long Term Youth Development Plan. Believing that youth are not only the future of the country but also the future of the world, she is committed to continuously empowering youth and promoting their comprehensive and sustainable development.
