Mr. Frank K. Tang is the chairman and chief executive officer of FountainVest Partners, a leading private equity firm focusing on investments in China with offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.  

Prior to founding FountainVest, Mr. Tang was senior managing director and head of China investments at Temasek Holdings, an investment company owned by the government of Singapore.  Prior to joining Temasek, he was a managing director at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Tang holds a Bachelor’s degree from Donghua University and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.  He is a board governor of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.  Mr. Tang also sits on the board of Accenture (a global Fortune 500 company) and Weibo (the most popular social media in China).
