Mr. Wang Zhimin, a Han Chinese, is a native of Xianyou, Fujian Province. He was born in April, 1957 and started his career in July, 1975. Mr. Wang holds a PhD in political economics from the School of Economics and Law of Fujian Normal University. He now serves as Minister of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong SAR.
