Mr. Clarence Leung graduated from University of Cambridge with BA and MA honours in Economics and has since participated in the management of his family business in garments.
With a passion in social and public affairs, Clarence serves in several HKSAR government committees, including the Legal Aid Services Council, Commission on Poverty and Tourism Strategy Group. He is appointed to the Board of the Vocational Training Council, as well as the Tourism Board. In the past, he has also served on the HKSAR SME Committee, Town Planning Board, Trade and Industry Advisory Board, and was appointed non-full time Member of the Central Policy Unit. Clarence is also a member of the Standing Committee of All-China Youth Federation.
Clarence cares greatly about the development of youth. He has been invited to be interviewer and mentor for the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme since 2015, and has served as mentor for HKUST IELM Mentorship Program.
