Yang Fan graduated from Beihang University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and was granted a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in electronic engineering. He has extensive experience in managing and allocating private assets. He once served at the Hong Kong branch office of AIA and Prudential. For many years, he was listed among the Hong Kong Insurance Sales Annual Golden Round Table.

In 2013, Yang Fan founded Puhui Finance Information Service with other partners (renamed “FINUP” in October 2016). Depending on its rapid growth, FINUP successively won the awards voted by Deloitte, including “2016 high-tech, high-growth Chinese top 50 enterprises” and “2016 Asia Pacific high-tech, high-growth top 500 enterprises”.

In 2017, Yang Fan initiated personal financial science talk show Fantalk, analyzing financial hot spots from unique perspectives. His interesting and approachable financial elite image was favored by netizens.

In 2017, Yang Fan was elected to 2017 Forbes China’s top 30 elites under the age of 30 (30 Under 30).
